Magnolia is the name we have chosen for our guesthouse, inspired by the two magnificent magnolia ficus trees that frame the apartment. Nestled in the cool Piana dei Colli, sheltered from the summer heat and just a few minutes’ drive from Mondello Beach and 15 minutes from Palermo’s city center, Magnolia offers the perfect setting for a special stay in the Sicilian capital. Here, every visit becomes an experience: wander through the villa’s timeless spaces, enjoy a private dinner on our terrace, or let us assist with car and bike rentals and guided city tours. Each room has been thoughtfully restored and furnished to preserve the villa’s authentic charm, ensuring a truly unique and immersive stay.
